ARRAN HOUSE | 35 ARRAN STREET EAST

Rae Moore has been appointed as the Architect for the renovation and redevelopment of Arran House, 35 Arran Street East, Dublin 7.

The building is located in Dublin City Centre adjacent the historic Fruit and Vegetable Market.

Currently Arran House is a dilapidated mixed-use building, with disused commercial space at ground floor and basement levels, and with four hazardous residential units above.

We are excited to be bringing new life to this historic Dublin City Centre property.
